Role Summary
To assist the Software Contracts Manager with the administration of Software
Recurring Revenue Contracts and One time invoicing.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Invoicing of Software One Time charges
Addition of Software Items to Recurring Revenue Contracts
Liason with Major Clients regarding Software Contract Schedules
Run and Create Reports as Required
Attend to Customer Queries and Complaints
Liase with relevant associates to assit them with contracts related queries.
Experience and/or Qualifications Required
Knowledge of ADP Internal Systems would be an advantage
Sound Knowledge of ADP Customer Base.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office specifically Excel Spread sheets.
