The continued momentum of Autoline adoption across DSI has increased the need
for a single high level application and technical escalation point in the
support department. The Backline support function has been formed to provide
high quality support service to our operations and channel partners across
Europe and the Asia/Pacific regions and is paramount to the continued growth
of DSI.
The Backline team is now recruiting a further analyst with Aftersales knowledge
to be based in Hungerford for the above position.
The selected candidates would be expected to
• Provide efficient, professional high quality Backline Support
Service in accordance with the Automotive Support Objectives
• Accurately resolve calls using analytical, technical and programming
skills following Support and programming guidelines
• Ensure calls are accurately investigated and both the cause
and the symptom of problems are resolved while taking into account customers'
business and operational practices
• Pro-actively take ownership of a wide variety of calls and problems
• Manage, prioritise, escalate and progress calls under their
own initiative ensuring that critical issues get appropriate attention
• Project a professional image at all times and develop good relationships
with Customers and other ADP Departments
• Pro-actively acquire knowledge of the ADP Autoline product suite,
sharing that knowledge across other teams.
Information about the successful candidates:
• Able to investigate unfamiliar problems and generate effective
solutions in a systematic and logical manner, both individually and as part
of a team
• Must have excellent customer care and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations
whilst maintaining a professional image working within the office or while
abroad.
• A Computer Science degree, or degree with a large element of
computing, or an equivalent qualification would be an advantage. Proven experience
in the Automotive industry will also be an advantage
• Knowledge of KCML and KISAM would be an advantage but is not
essential
